Do I need to be home?
Many customers are home at the start or end of the cleaning so we can walk through together. If you won’t be home, tell us in your request and we’ll confirm access details before your cleaning.
Do you bring cleaning supplies?
Tell us in your request if you have product preferences or anything we should or shouldn’t use. We confirm supplies and products with you before your cleaning.
What is included in Regular Cleaning?
The bedrooms and bathrooms you choose, plus the living room and kitchen: dusting reachable surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, reachable cobwebs, general tidying, making beds, kitchen surfaces and the inside of the microwave. Inside the oven and refrigerator are extras.
What is included in Deep Cleaning?
Everything in Regular Cleaning, plus more detailed windows, baseboards, detailed cobweb removal, deeper kitchen and living-area cleaning, moving reasonable items to clean underneath, dishes, and treating removable buildup and stains when it is safe to do so. Some stains are permanent, so we can’t promise every stain will come out.
What is included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning?
Everything in Deep Cleaning, plus the inside of the oven and refrigerator. It is made for empty homes. If furniture or belongings are still in place a small extra charge may apply, and homes with a lot of belongings or trash get a quick quote review.
How does pricing work?
Your estimate is built from your rooms: each bedroom $20–$35 and each full bathroom $25–$45, with the living room and kitchen included. Extras are added on top. When something is priced personally, like pet hair or a Deep Cleaning, we do a quick quote review instead of guessing. Your final price is always confirmed before your cleaning.
Do you clean inside ovens?
Yes. Inside the oven is a $20 extra with Regular or Deep Cleaning, and it is included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning.
Do you clean inside refrigerators?
Yes. Inside the refrigerator is a $20 extra with Regular or Deep Cleaning, and it is included in Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning.
What areas do you serve?
Conyers, Covington, Lithonia and McDonough, plus surrounding communities. Homes up to about an hour and a half from Conyers are reviewed one by one, so send your request even if your city isn’t listed.
How do I request a cleaning?
Start your estimate online: choose your cleaning, tell us about your home, see your estimate and pick a date and time. We’ll text you to confirm. You can also text or WhatsApp us at 404-707-5980.
Is a deposit required?
A 30% deposit secures your booking, and you can pay it with a credit or debit card. If your cleaning needs a quote review, no deposit is collected until your price is confirmed.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. Please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment by text, WhatsApp or email. How your deposit applies to a new date is confirmed with your booking.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Hablamos español. You can use this website, message us and get your cleaning in English or Spanish.
How long does a cleaning take?
It depends on the size and condition of your home and the service you choose. We give you a time estimate when we confirm your appointment.
What if an area needs another look?
When we can, we walk through the home with you before we leave. If you weren’t able to and notice something afterward, contact us the same day, ideally within 1–2 hours, with a photo or a short note. We can return to correct that area within reason.
