About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or request a cleaning from Glow Cleaning, Conyers, Georgia. By sending a request you agree to them.

Estimates and quotes

Online estimates are ranges based on the information you provide and our current prices. Your final price is confirmed with you before your cleaning. If the home differs from the details provided, the price may be adjusted, and we will talk with you first.

Some requests need a quote review. In that case we confirm your price before anything is booked.

Requests and confirmation

Choosing a date and time sends a request. Your appointment is confirmed when we confirm it with you by text, WhatsApp or email.

Deposits and payment

A 30% deposit secures a confirmed booking. Deposits are paid by credit or debit card through Stripe. The remaining balance and how the deposit applies to changes are confirmed with your booking.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel. See our Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for details.

Access, safety and your home

Please make sure we can access the home at the confirmed time, let us know about pets, alarms or anything that needs care, and put away valuables and fragile or sentimental items. We may decline work that is unsafe.

Stain and buildup treatment is done with the products we have available and when it is safe. Some stains are permanent and results can’t be guaranteed.

Touch-ups

If you notice an area that needs another look, contact us the same day, ideally within 1–2 hours of the cleaning, with a photo or description. We can return to correct the affected area within reason.

We work to keep the information on this website accurate, but prices, services and availability can change. Georgia law governs these terms.
